Belen and all four clan witnesses reviewed the statements and ratified a unanimous settlement:
- **Restitution and Settlement:** Hearthmere will consign standardized ceramic grain jars to extinguish the ledger balance. Barleybank receives restitution through priority allocations of these jars along with credited grain allowances at the upcoming harvest.
